Route, cargo description, piece count, actual weight, dimensions of every piece, packing, Incoterms and required date.
What is chargeable weight?+
The rate is based on the greater of actual and volumetric weight, so accurate dimensions are essential.
Can you collect from the supplier?+
Yes. Road pickup and delivery from the airport are available as part of the confirmed air freight chain.
Can you move dangerous or temperature-controlled cargo?+
Only after classification, documentation, packing, terminal and airline acceptance are verified.
